3745: Lo Fi Sci Fi Horror

Hi!  This little hack is based off of the 24XX SRD by Jason Tocci.  I expanded upon the base rules based on my preferences, and increased (though not by much!) the page count from one front and back to 12, some of which is art by Beeple.  

This little game is perfect for running that other Sci Fi Horror game modules, and it only takes about 2 minutes to make a character!
